How to Receive Penn Discount

The 20% discount off of the Best Available Rate will be available to all faculty and staff for both business and leisure travel. The program is available for students traveling on Penn business only.

To be eligible to receive the chain-wide discount:

  • All travelers must be enrolled in the Starwood Preferred Guest (”SPG”) program.
  • All SPG members must have the established Penn Set Number embedded in their profile. Just enroll on Penn enrollment page and you are good to go.
  • When using the discount, faculty, staff and students need to present a valid PennCard during check-in.
