Welcome to the University of Pennsylvania Assistance Program, which provides Penn students, faculty, and administrators worldwide with international medical, security and travel assistance, managed and administered by International SOS.

International SOS Penn Website

The International SOS Penn website allows you to store your personal travel information and any other important information such as medical and contact information and credit card numbers in the secure Personal Locator. This information is easily accessed by you or SOS (with your permission) in an emergency situation.

Also, you can now store and access your vital personal health, vaccination and travel information online, anytime, anywhere. It will be available to you and, with your consent, SOS medical staff, better assisting you in the event of an emergency. The system also recommends appropriate vaccinations and sends you reminders when follow-up boosters are required. Activate Your Emergency Record.

International SOS Card

Whenever you travel away from your country of residence, make sure you have your International SOS Card handy. You can print out the card from the International SOS Penn website or contact Travel Services & Procurement Cards.

International SOS Card

Keep this membership card with you whenever you travel for Penn business. All you need is the alarm center number and Penn’s membership number to access their services.

Please keep in mind that while this is not health insurance it does provide for medical evacuation and repatriation. Therefore, make sure you review important medical and safety information about the country to which you are traveling.
