Purchasing Card

The Purchasing Card Program is available to faculty, staff, and students who have been formally authorized by their School or Center Senior Financial Officer to be a delegated “departmental buyer” for the purchase of and pay for low cost and non-restricted commodities from non-restricted suppliers.

American Express Corporate Card

The American Express Corporate card allows you to charge business-related expenses without burdening your personal credit cards. By using the American Express Corporate card the University can obtain detailed information on University travel patterns which assists us in negotiating discounts with airlines, hotels and car rental companies.

American Express Meeting Planning Card

The American Express Meeting Planning Card allows you to charge meeting and event-related expenses without burdening your personal credit cards. These are central bill / central pay cards. They have been designed to support the specific needs of event planners. Cards can be used domestically or internationally.

Wright Express Fleet / Fuel Card

The Wright Express Fleet Card Program is to be used for the fueling and maintenance costs associated with operating a University owned vehicle.
