Travel Services & Procurement Cards, in collaboration with Purchasing Services, is pleased to announce the availability of new Hertz & Avis discount pricing agreements effective September 1, 2009. These new car rental discount pricing agreements are the result of a collaborative buying initiative with the Educational & Institutional Cooperative Services (E&I).
